Do you create custom gift sets?

Yes we do. We have several sizes, options and designs available from large gift boxes crafted out of recycled wood to mini gift sets for wedding or christening favours. Please feel free to contact us with any specific requirements or for further details.

What is your return policy?

If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your items then simply return them to us for a full refund. We aim for complete customer satisfaction and are available via email or phone to answer any questions you may have.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only offer shipping to the United Kingdom but we will update this page as soon as international shipping is available.

Why is the flame on my candle so high?

This is usually caused by the wick being too long. To correct this simply extinguish your candle and trim the wick to a maximum of 5mm. remove any wick trimmings from the wax and relight your candle. If the problem persists trim again and ensure your candle is away from any draughts.

Why is there a tunnel appearing in the wax after its burned?

As the name suggests, tunneling is when a tunnel appears around the wick after the candle is burned a few times. To ensure this doesn't happen make sure your first burn is between 3 and 4h long. The wax will then burn more evenly in subsequent burns. To correct an already tunneled candle, burn the candle for a maximum of 4h to melt the walls of wax. Never leave your candle unattended and always extinguish the candle if the flame is smoking or becoming too large.
